Track Order
Looking for real-time updates on the status of your order? Click the "Track Order" link on the top of any page to begin. You can trace your order whether you are registered or not.
  • To track your order
  • Click on the "Track Order" link on the top of any page to enter into this page.

    • If you don't have an account with us, you can still easily check on the status of your order by entering Your order number and Your daytime phone number in the appropriate fields and clicking on the "Submit" button.
    • If you're a registered customer, simply hit the "click here" link (red circle) for complete order tracking information, or enter Your order number and Your daytime phone number and click on the "Submit" button to see the status of a single order.
     
  • Order Detail
  • After you choose which order to view, the order detail page will load. (See sample picture on the right.)

    Here, the details of requested order status are provided.

    • If you would like to track the shipping status of the order, please click on the "Track Shipment" button (The "Track Shipment" button appears only if there is a tracking number available.)

      Whether your package is shipped by USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, the details of shipment status will be provided as seen on the picture below.

    • To view an item detail, click on the item's title.
