Track Order
Looking for real-time updates on the status of your order? Click the "Track Order" link on the top of any pages to begin. You can trace your order whether if you are registered or not.
  • To track your order
  • Click on the “Track Order?/b> link on the top of any pages to enter into this page.

    • If you don't have an account with us, you can still easily check on status of your order by entering Your order number and Your daytime phone number in the appropriate fields and click on the "Submit" button.
    • If you're a registered customer, simply click "here" link (In red circle) for complete order tracking information, or enter Your order number and Your daytime phone number and click on the "Submit" button to see only the order status you are interested in.
     
  • Order History List
  • If you are a registered customer and requested to track order, you will be directed to Order History List page.

    Here, all of your order list is provided.

    • You may also narrow the history list for the recent order history (1-month) or 6 month order history.

    If you would like to view a specific order status, click the View Detail link for the order.
     
  • Order Detail
  • If you request for the specific order status in previous page, the order detail page will be brought up as a sample picture on the right.

    Here, the details of requested order status is provided.

    • If you would like to track the order status, please click on "Track Shipment" button (The "Track Shipment" button appears only if there is a tracking number available.)

      Whether your package is shipped by USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, the details of shipment status will be provided as seen on the bottom pictures.

    • To see an item detail of your order, click on its Title in Detail Information section.
