|
|
Hoping to recoup his losses from a lackluster fishing season, Captain Billy Tyne (George Clooney) takes his Gloucester-based swordfishing boat, the Andrea Gail, out for its last trip of the season. As Tyne and his crew (played by Mark Wahlberg, John C. Reilly, and William Fichtner) haul in a record catch, three storm fronts—including a hurricane—converge in the North Atlantic, blocking their return.
