An intricate abstract design by architect Louis Sullivan (1856–1924), which he used to decorate the trading room ceiling in the Chicago Stock Exchange Building, is adapted to the backs of these cards, in shades of burnt orange and dark olive. The two decks of poker-sized playing cards (2½ × 3½ inches) are presented in a handsome laminated storage box.
