Though better known for his futurist paintings of industrial America, Joseph Stella remained fascinated with flowers throughout his career. As he explained, a "light, gay painting of a flower" was a "good omen that all our days may glide by serene [and] sunny." Four of his delicate floral watercolors decorate these 20 large notecards (there are five of each), presented with white envelopes in a keepsake box.
