At Deverill Hall, even the unflappable Jeeves may have his hands full with five aunts, in P.G. Wodehouse's 1949 novel The Mating Season. Bertie Wooster is absent from Ring for Jeeves (1954), having been sent to a school that teaches aristocrats to fend for themselves, but the industrious Jeeves finds work helping another young gentleman from the Drones Club. Also in this third volume of The Jeeves Omnibus, the 1930 collection Very Good, Jeeves features such short stories as "The Ordeal of Young Tuppy" and "Jeeves and the Impending Doom."
