A Sanskrit term used in yoga and meditation, the chakras are seven swirling wheels of energy within the body, each corresponding to a different vibrational frequency and controlling various bodily functions via the energy (prana) that flows between them. Artist Paul Heussenstamm captures that vibrant spiritual energy in his ethereal paintings of the chakras, four of which decorate these 20 notecards (5 of each).
