A century ago, Tarleton Music Hall was one of London's most popular attractions. People lined up to see legendary singer Toby Chance. That was before Toby disappeared in 1914 and the Tarleton was locked up. Today, an investment group hires Robert Fallon to survey the place. Fallon is charmed by the project, especially when he hears about the Singing Ghost. The more Fallon delves into the Tarleton's history, the harder it is to shake the feeling that he is being menaced by the past.
