A continental European tour doesn't go quite as planned for the beleaguered Stockwell Park musicians of South London, in this third chronicle of orchestral misadventures by Isabel Rogers. A teenage stowaway, brass players falling in canals, and a sabotaged timpani van are all in a day's work for Sigrid Bauer of Note Perfect Tours, but even this most efficient German logistical planner can't solve all the problems the week of the Bruckner Festival will throw at her. Maybe a bit of surprise Bach can calm the muddy Brexit waters—though she will have to fish out the musicians first.
