For 20 years, photographer Dominic Greyer has been roaming the British landscape in search of the country's most unusual place names. He has an eye for quirky, rude, and downright ridiculous name signs, and has documented them all: Twice Brewed, Fryup, Long Length, Giant's Ring, Great Gays, and Needless Road, plus the adjacent regions of Ham and Sandwich. For each, Greer presents a photograph and a discussion of the etymology and history behind the name.
