A researcher hired by the Lewis Carroll Brotherhood, Kristen makes a startling new discovery concerning pages torn from Carroll's diary. After Kristen is involved in an accident and members of the Brotherhood are anonymously sent salacious photographs of Alice Liddell—the Alice who inspired the classic book—the mathematician G joins forces with Kristen as it becomes clear that a murderer is stalking anyone who shows too much interest in uncovering certain aspects of Carroll's life. Inspiring the 2007 film, Guillermo Martínez's novel won Argentina's Planeta Prize in 2003.
