"Samson was the big star of Fleabag's Circus. He could lift a match. He could lift a pea. He could lift the lovely Amelie. (And would you believe, he could lift all three!)" With this our story begins, and readers 4 to 8 soon learn that the world's smallest strongman has ambitions much larger than his flea-sized physique (magnificent though it may be). He sets off into the wide world seeking stardom—but maybe the greatest feat of all is waiting for him right there at home. Though Angela McAllister—philosophy student and nanny—has written dozens of picture books, this is illustrator Nathan Reed's first, and we find his tiny world of circus bugs absolutely adorable.
